Turning D&D and Pathfinder into a mixed superhero system

I have a group of friends who are interested in trying out superhero roleplaying based on custom rulesets that I'm currently extracting from Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition and Pathfinder 2nd Edition.

The following things are definitely in already:

Advantage and Disadvantage from DnD

These mechanics are low math option for handling cases where something is way easier or way harder than the pure numbers would expect. For example opening a lock with a toothpick would come with a disadvantage. Mostly keeping it for the relative ease of application, though I'm removing the no stacking rule, meaning if you collect suffcicient (dis)advantages, you will have to roll more than just two dice.

3 Action economy from Pathfinder

This is one of the cleanest ways of handling multiple action types that I have seen in recent memory. You have two actions, some things cost more than one point, most dont. What and when you do something is up to you. Way more flexible than what DnD with their half action, action and movement split provides.

Feats from DnD

Not every feat of course, but their simplicity helps keeping the game flowing, so I'm working on reflavouring them where necessary. Tough of course needs no reflavouring, it's the same no matter the world.

Level 0

With superheroes you expect long fights. DnD does provide them by chance at low levels, meaning there is little reliability. That is fine when we are talking about similary matched enemies, but supers usually don't face supers, most of their enemies are normal mortals. Pathfinder has a race-specific health point bonus of a few points and I'm likely going to adapt something along these lines.

Other things

I'm currently breaking down the classes to see what makes sense for superheroes, if you have input there feel free to let me know, I'll post again some time!
